Competititve Kick-off Times: Kick of times can be moved but not the day of fixture, as long as your opponents agree to it and you let the Junior League Secretary and Junior Fixture Secretary know. If your opponents do not agree then the normal kick of time will stand.
Mini Football Registration Evenings:
Monday 5th September 2011 at Chepstow Town AFC - 18.30 until 20.30
Tuesday 6th September 2011 at Abergavenny Thursdays AFC - 18.30 until 20.30
Coaches (or secretaries) must bring along a signed team registration form (for U7s, U8s, U9s, U10s & U11s) and green player licences (for U9s, U10s & U11s). A mislaid green Gwent County FA player licence is not acceptable for player registration. In such cases, clubs will need to apply for a new green East Gwent AFL players licence.
Competitive Player Registration and East Gwent AFL Player Licences: Please remember that all under 12s (with previous green Gwent County FA players licence) and any new player in under 12s, 13s, 14s and 16s need a yellow players licence issued by the East Gwent AFL.
Please ensure you send in
1). An FAW registration form together with the player licence application. The league need to register the player first on the FAW database, which will then provide the players licence number.
2). The old green licence when you exchange an existing under 12s players for a yellow licence. If not you will be charged £5 instead of £2.
